Every engagement is different. But the process is the same: fast diagnosis, clear strategy, direct execution. Here's what to expect.

I work with a small number of clients at a time - intentionally. That means every engagement gets my full attention, not a junior associate. You work with me, directly.

What happens after you book the call.

Day 1

Discovery Call

30 minutes. We talk honestly about your situation. I'll tell you if I'm the right fit - and if I'm not, I'll point you to someone who is.

Day 3–5

Scoping & Proposal

Based on our call, I'll send a one-page proposal: the engagement type, scope, timeline, and investment. No fluff, no padding.

Week 1–2

Immersion

I get into your product, your team, your data, and your customers. Fast, focused, and thorough. This is where most advisors skip steps - I don't.

Week 3–4

First Deliverable

Depending on the engagement: a strategic direction document, a first roadmap review, or your first monthly session. Clear. Actionable. Yours to use immediately.

Transparent, scoped, no surprises.

I don't post rates because every engagement is scoped individually - a 2-week sprint for a 5-person team looks very different from 6 months embedded at a Series B. What I can tell you is this: my clients consistently tell me the ROI is obvious within the first 60 days.

Strategy Sprint

Fixed fee / project

Scoped upfront. You know the exact cost before we start. Typically completed in 2–3 weeks.

Part-time Leadership

Monthly retainer / ongoing

A fixed monthly fee for defined days per week. Predictable, no surprises, and ends when you're ready for a full-time hire.

Advisory

Monthly retainer / ongoing

Structured monthly sessions with async availability. A fraction of the cost of a full engagement, with outsized strategic value.

Questions I get asked before we start.

How many clients do you work with at once?
Intentionally few. I limit active engagements so every client gets my real attention - not a diluted version of it. If I'm at capacity when you reach out, I'll tell you honestly and we can discuss timing.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. I'm based in Lisbon and work with teams across the U.S. and Europe. Most of my work is remote-first with regular video sessions, but I do travel for workshops, offsites, and when in-person makes a meaningful difference.
What if I just need a one-time review of our roadmap?
That's exactly what a Strategy Sprint is for. A focused 2-3 week engagement, a clear deliverable, done. No ongoing commitment required - though many clients extend after seeing the output.
We already have a Head of Product. Can you still help?
Yes. I often work alongside existing product leaders - not to replace them, but to accelerate them. I can act as a senior mentor, strategic sounding board, or help them navigate a specific challenge like a pivot or scaling challenge.
How quickly can you start?
Typically 1–2 weeks from signing, depending on my current capacity. I don't drag out the contracting process - you'll have a proposal within a few days of our discovery call.
Do you work with early-stage companies (pre-product)?
Occasionally. My sweet spot is post-PMF companies who are scaling - typically Seed through Series C. At very early stage, I'm often not the best use of budget. The discovery call will make this clear quickly.
Can I get a sense of fit before committing to a full engagement?
That's what the discovery call is. 30 minutes, no commitment, no pitch. I'll give you my honest read on your situation and we'll both know by the end whether this makes sense.
